Privacy policy.

Plain language version: we collect the minimum we need to deliver the membership and the newsletter. We don't sell your data. The only advertising tracker is a single Meta pixel event on the page you see right after paying. Most things you'd worry about, we already decided not to do.

What we collect.

• Email address — for sign-in, transactional email, and the newsletter.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store the Stripe customer ID and current membership tier.
• Analytics — Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views and load times without cookies or cross-site tracking. Aggregate only; we can't tell who you are from it.
• Advertising measurement — when a payment is confirmed, the welcome page tells Meta a purchase happened, with the amount and plan. That lets us see which ads bring members. It uses Meta's cookies and Meta may match it to your account. No other club page loads it, and it never sees anything you type.
• Anything you send us — messages, support replies, group-chat content — we keep so we can do our job.

What we don't collect.

• No advertising trackers anywhere except that one purchase event.
• No cross-site identifiers.
• No IP-address logging beyond what the host (Vercel) needs for security and we never read.
• No social-login data harvesting.

Who we share with.

Only the tools we need to run the service:

• Stripe — payments.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Resend — transactional email (magic links, receipts).
• Substack — newsletter delivery.
• Vercel — hosting, plus aggregate analytics and performance data.
• Meta — the purchase event described above.

We never sell or rent your data. We don't use it to train external models.

How long we keep it.

As long as your membership is active, and for 30 days after cancellation. Email you to hello@austinaiclub.com any time and we'll delete everything sooner — usually same day.

Your rights.

Email hello@austinaiclub.com for any of: export my data, delete my data, correct something, stop sending me email. We respond within one business day.

Where this doesn't apply.

The newsletter is delivered through Substack. Their privacy policy governs that channel: substack.com/privacy.

Payments are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
